Welcome to PingToken Platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), which provides enterprise-level services such as unified routing, transit, load balancing, edge acceleration, and billing management for large model APIs, as well as API gateway and invocation infrastructure services. This Privacy Policy aims to clarify the scope, methods, and protection measures for the Platform to collect, use, store, and disclose user information, and to safeguard the security of users' personal information and their legitimate rights and interests. Please read and fully understand this policy before using the Platform's services. Your use of the Platform's services constitutes your agreement to all terms of this policy.
1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all users (including enterprise users and individual users) who use PingToken Platform services, covering all information interaction behaviors that occur when users visit the Platform homepage, register an account, and use various services of the Platform. The Platform supports access to 50+ mainstream large models. When users call third-party large model APIs through the Platform, they also need to comply with the privacy-related regulations of the corresponding third party. The Platform does not assume responsibility for third-party privacy protection.
2. Scope and Methods of Information Collection
The Platform follows the principles of "lawfulness, legitimacy, and necessity" and only collects user information necessary for providing services, and does not collect irrelevant information. Specifically:
1. Registration and Account Information: When users register a Platform account, they need to provide basic information such as enterprise name (for enterprise users), name, contact information, email address, and password for account verification, identity recognition, and service connection.
2. Service Usage Information: When users use Platform services such as API routing, transit, load balancing, and billing management, the Platform automatically collects information such as API call records, call frequency, usage duration, device model, IP address, and browser type for service optimization, load scheduling, billing statistics, and troubleshooting.
3. Other Voluntarily Provided Information: Information such as enterprise qualifications, technical requirements, and feedback voluntarily provided by users to obtain more accurate service support is only used by the Platform for corresponding service scenarios.
The Platform will not forcibly collect user information through concealed methods. All information collection is subject to the user's explicit consent (checking consent during registration, confirming when using services, etc.).
3. Information Usage Rules
The user information collected by the Platform is only used for the following purposes. Without the user's explicit authorization, it will not be used beyond the scope:
1. Providing Core Services: Used for account login verification, API call transit, load balancing scheduling, edge acceleration optimization, billing settlement, etc., to ensure the normal operation of Platform services.
2. Optimizing Service Quality: Based on user usage habits and API call data, optimize Platform routing efficiency, acceleration performance, and billing accuracy to improve user experience.
3. Security Protection: Identify abnormal access and prevent malicious calls through IP addresses, device information, etc., to protect user account security and Platform service stability.
4. Communication and Notification: Push necessary information such as service updates, billing reminders, and fault notifications through the contact information provided by users, and do not send irrelevant marketing information.
After de-identifying and anonymizing the collected user information, the Platform may use it for service statistics, technical research, etc. The processed information cannot identify specific users.
4. Information Storage and Protection
1. Storage Method: User information is stored on secure servers of the Platform, using encrypted storage technology (transmission encryption, storage encryption) to prevent information leakage, tampering, and loss.
2. Storage Period: User information is stored for a reasonable period necessary for providing services. After service termination, the Platform will delete user information within a reasonable period or anonymize it, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
3. Protection Measures: The Platform has established a complete information security management system, equipped with professional security technical personnel, regularly conducts security inspections and vulnerability repairs, restricts internal personnel's information access rights, and eliminates information leakage.
5. Information Disclosure Rules
The Platform strictly protects user information privacy and does not disclose user information to any irrelevant third parties. It may only disclose information under the following special circumstances:
1. Disclose to a designated third party with the user's explicit written authorization (such as the large model provider that the user requests to connect with, only disclosing necessary call-related information);
2. Disclose relevant information in accordance with laws, regulations, or requirements of administrative or judicial authorities;
3. Disclose reasonably within the necessary scope to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users, Platform security, or public interests;
4. When the Platform is merged, divided, or deregistered, transfer user information to the successor entity in accordance with the law. The successor entity shall continue to fulfill privacy protection obligations.
6. User Rights
Users have the right to perform the following operations on their own information, and the Platform will respond within a reasonable period:
1. Inquiry: Have the right to inquire about their own account information, API call records, billing information, etc.;
2. Correction: Have the right to apply for correction of relevant information when errors are found;
3. Deletion: Have the right to apply for deletion of their account and related information (if the service has not been terminated, the service must be terminated first);
4. Withdrawal of Authorization: Have the right to withdraw authorization for the Platform to collect and use information. After withdrawal, the Platform will stop collecting and using relevant information, but this does not affect completed services and information processing.
7. Disclaimer
1. The Platform is not responsible for information leakage or losses caused by non-Platform reasons such as improper user operations (such as leaking account passwords), third-party attacks, or force majeure;
2. When users call third-party large model APIs through the Platform, the third party's handling of information follows its own privacy rules, and the Platform does not assume relevant joint and several liability;
3. If the Platform needs to modify this policy due to updates to laws and regulations or service optimization, it will notify users through announcements on the Platform homepage, user notifications, etc. Users' continued use of the services constitutes their agreement to the modified policy.
8. Other
Matters not covered in this policy shall follow relevant laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Cybersecurity Law. If users have questions, complaints, or suggestions about privacy protection, they may contact us through the Platform's official contact information, and we will respond promptly.
This policy shall take effect from the date of issuance. PingToken Platform reserves the right of final interpretation.
